One of my favorite breakfasts ever is corned beef, fried rice and sunny side up egg. But when I was pregnant with my daughter Yena, I hate to eat corned beef. Just the smell of it makes me puke. That’s how pregnancy changes once appetite.
But my old eating habit gets back now that my daughter is turning three years old. So I am back to eating my favorite Argentina Corned beef again. Last night, I decided to sauté a can of corned beef. I had a very hearty dinner – corned beef, fried egg and lots of rice! It’s a joyous meal.
The joy it brings makes me feel like I am in Branson Missouri vacation all at once. If only I can have this meal every day, I’ll be on vacation all over the world!
