Proxy to Rice

Rice is the staple food in most of the Asian countries. I, myself, could never get rid of it in my meal. It should always be rice plus.. plus.. But as it becomes known to us, rice contains big amount of carbohydrates and carbo means glucose. High sugar intake is equal to imbalanced diet, susceptibility to diabetes and formation of bellyfats.

If you want to take away rice from your meal, you must at least have a substitute. Cauliflower is best stand-in for rice. Try it and you will notice a big trim down on your weight. Just remember, eat breakfast like a king, lunch like someone doing construction job and dinner like a poor.
