Next to water, wine is the universal drink. You can partner it with almost everything — steak, salads, lamb, pasta — or you can even pair it with a good panoramic view or cigars! But there are some myths that we always believe that may not really true.
Wine tastes better when stored longer. Yes, it is true if it remains in the barrel, but once it is transferred to the bottle and no longer in the fermentation process, then, its taste would remain as it is, because it is the wood that brings out the richness of the wine.
However, it does not necessarily true that aged wines are better than young ones. There are those that are meant to be drunk after a short time of storage or its taste will not change at all regardless it is hidden so long.
