Husband came from Iloilo last week for work. It was a short visit to Iloilo so he was not prepared at all. But he didn’t forget to bring me what I have been asking him to bring home – sweet treats for my sweet tooth!
My sister loves Piaya, my mother craves for the sweet banana (opps i forgot its name!), while I am a forever fan of Bandi, that heavenly sweet combination of sugar and nuts. I am more surprised when husband brought my Cashew Bandi!!! I love cashew nuts.
So a box of these sweets was husband’s sweet souvenir from Iloilo. I wonder if this has been an easy task for the barcode scanner at the airport, checking the inside of the box for only these sweets! Must be really an easy task to inspect.
